Transformer clamps

We manufacture top quality transformer clamps.
the clamps we manufacture are intended for the rated current from I=250A(160kVA) to I=3150A(200kV) to be fitted onto the transformer connector pin (M12;M16;M20;M30;M42;M48)
Clamps are blocked on the pin by means of one or two screws M6,M8,M10 or M12, additionally we can make connections ports pursuant to BN-76/3071-12.

Examples of projects:

ZET-type clamps are made by the method of gravity casting from MO59 alloys, fitted with Allen bolt M8 x 30 from stainless steel. The above mentioned clamps combine three chamfered clamps and one zero clamp without openings for auxiliary cables.
These clamps have the following advantages: very good quality, reliability, high mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, good electric contact, no shrinkage porosity and shrinkages cavities, no blowholes, strengthening of surface layer.
